Short version: this website sets no cookies at all. The Braid app sets the few it needs to keep you signed in.
This website
getbraid.ai is a set of static pages. It runs no analytics, no advertising, no tag manager and no third-party embeds, and it sets no cookies and no local storage.
There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The only third party your browser contacts when loading these pages is Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces. No cookie is set by it.
The Braid app
app.getbraid.ai is a signed-in product, and it uses strictly necessary cookies only:

We set no advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics cookies, in the app.
The live chat widget
If you are a visitor talking to a business through Braid's chat widget on their site, the widget stores a session identifier in your browser. It exists so that if you reload the page your conversation is still there.
It is not used to track you across sites, and it is not shared with anyone but the business you are messaging.
Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you view and delete cookies and site data. Blocking cookies on app.getbraid.ai will stop you being able to sign in, since the ones we set are the ones that keep you signed in.
