Connect a tool server over MCP and the agent can look up an order, check a delivery or start a refund inside the conversation — with the risky actions held for a person to approve.
Connect over MCP
Point Braid at a Model Context Protocol server and its tools become things the agent can use. A custom server takes a URL and a credential.
Choose what is enabled
A server's tools are listed individually. Turn on the ones the agent should have and leave the rest off.
Approval for the sharp edges
Gated actions are proposed rather than executed — the agent shows what it wants to run, and a person approves or denies it.
It shows its work
Tool calls and their results are recorded on the conversation, so an answer that came from a lookup can be checked.
Start with a read-only tool
Order lookup answers a surprising share of support on its own, and nothing it does is irreversible.
